The Wyoming High School Forensics Association members and elected officials, through our actions and examples, will foster an atmosphere that encourages and advances speech in all its phases in Wyoming Schools.

Our immediate tasks are ones of building: cooperation with the WHSAA, development and improvement of speech standards, infrastructure and a stable speech association.

Our responsibility is to draw together the guidelines and people-skills to promote speech in Wyoming.
